Our in-house laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art, high-precision testing and measurement instruments and boasts a highly experienced, top-tier quality inspection team. Leveraging these resources, we conduct comprehensive inspections across all stages of quality control in accordance with numerous international standards, in collaboration with leading global testing organizations such as China National Inspection and Testing Corporation, SGS, and Intertek.
Rigorous, end-to-end quality control
All raw materials entering the factory undergo rigorous inspection and verification before being approved for production. Throughout every stage of manufacturing, the Quality Control Manager maintains on-site supervision, signing off on each batch to ensure compliance with stringent quality standards. During production, random samples are taken every 30 minutes and sent for testing, with key performance indicators—including color stability, peel strength, acid–alkali resistance, and aging resistance—subjected to comprehensive evaluation. At the same time, coating and composite production lines are monitored in real time to precisely control parameters such as color, gloss, and coating thickness, enabling the prompt identification and correction of surface defects. Upon completion, finished products undergo a final quality inspection; only those that pass are palletized and prepared for shipment.
A comprehensive traceability system
We systematically archive records and samples for each production batch, storing them securely in a dedicated archive room to ensure that data can be readily accessed at any time, thereby providing a solid foundation for quality traceability and verification.
