Product Introduction

Transport

Aramid honeycomb, with its advantages of lightweight, high strength, corrosion resistance, and ease of forming, is widely used in transportation sectors such as aerospace, rail transit, shipbuilding, and automotive.

Aerospace field

· Airframe and Interior: As lightweight structural components, they replace traditional metal materials, significantly reducing aircraft weight, enhancing fuel efficiency, and increasing payload capacity.
· Wing and tail components: Used in the manufacture of aerodynamic components such as spoilers, flaps, and ailerons, balancing structural strength with aerodynamic shape requirements.
· Cabin interior: The overhead bins, sidewall panels, ceiling, and seat frames are all constructed from metal composite panels, offering fire resistance, sound insulation, and thermal insulation.

Marine and Ocean Engineering field

· Hull and Superstructure: Aluminum composite panels are used for the superstructure decks, cabin partitions, and exterior wall panels of ro-ro passenger vessels, cruise ships, and yachts, thereby reducing hull weight and enhancing corrosion resistance.
· Interior fit-out: Cabin wall panels, ceilings, and furniture veneers leverage their water-resistant, fire-retardant, and easy-to-clean properties to withstand the humid marine environment.

Rail Transit Sector

· Carbody Structure: The outer shells, roofs, and side walls of subway and high-speed train carriages are constructed using aramid honeycomb panels, achieving lightweight carbody design, reducing energy consumption, and increasing operating speeds.
· Interior trim: Wall panels, door panels, flooring, luggage racks, seat panels, and other interior components in the passenger compartment leverage the flatness and corrosion resistance of aluminum composite panels to enhance ride comfort and durability.
· Sound and thermal insulation: The composite structure effectively blocks external noise and temperature, enhancing the in-cabin environment.

Commercial Vehicle Sector

· Box trucks and refrigerated trucks: The side and roof panels are constructed from metal composite panels, featuring a lightweight design that maximizes payload capacity while delivering excellent thermal insulation, heat resistance, and impact resistance.
· Special-purpose vehicles: The body structure and interior of ambulances, construction vehicles, and the like rely on the high strength and multifunctionality of aluminum composite panels.
