A 120,000-square-meter white symphony of technological aesthetics! Metal-inspired core panels redefine the spatial paradigm of Deqing Science Park.
In November 2025, the Geographic Information Technology Park project in Deqing Geospatial Town, Zhejiang Province, was officially unveiled. The indoor ceiling system across the 123,526.01-square-meter complex is entirely constructed using white metal “Meixin” panels, a design choice that has drawn industry-wide attention for its “rational technology meets poetic nature” concept. This material represents a revolutionary breakthrough in prefabricated construction: two workers can complete the modular reconfiguration of a single zone in just four hours, with dust-free, silent operations throughout the entire process—eliminating the 30-day schedule delays and the disruption to five departments typically associated with conventional renovations. Even more noteworthy is that the ultra-thin 9.5-mm panels create a dynamic interplay of light, shadow, and color, producing distinct visual moods at dawn, midday, and dusk, thereby infusing the research spaces with an aesthetic expression that balances efficiency with warmth.
