The technical upgrade project for Cement Mill No. 7 at the Cant Cement Plant of UCG Group, constructed by Beijing Kaisheng, has been successfully commissioned.
Recently, the technical renovation project for Cement Mill No. 7 at the Kant Cement Plant of UCG Group, undertaken by Beijing Kaisheng Building Materials Engineering Co., Ltd., successfully completed trial production. This represents another significant achievement for Beijing Kaisheng in its deepening engagement in the Central Asian market, underscoring the company’s enhanced technological expertise and project management capabilities in the cement grinding sector.
In recent years, Beijing Kaisheng has steadfastly implemented the Group’s “Overseas Re-creation” strategy and Sinoma International’s “1236” strategy, with a strong focus on the Central Asian market. Following the successful completion of the Kanter No. 8 cement mill upgrade project and the Kanter 2,500 tpd clinker production line project, the company has now completed the No. 7 cement mill upgrade project as well. This project has met all key management objectives, including a substantial increase in production capacity, a significant reduction in energy consumption, and a comprehensive quality upgrade. Specifically, production capacity has increased by nearly 100%, energy consumption has been reduced by about 60%, and product quality has improved markedly while becoming more stable and reliable. Moreover, the plant is now capable of producing higher-grade cement, thereby enhancing overall market competitiveness, delivering greater economic benefits to customers, and earning high recognition and acclaim from clients.
